Federal Compliance & Safety Regulations
Due to the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) safety regulations regarding the transport of hazardous materials and explosives, ammunition cannot be legally returned by the consumer once it leaves our custody.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel or change your order for a full refund any time before it ships — contact us as soon as possible at info@olsammo.com and we'll take care of it. Once an order has shipped, it falls under "Federal Compliance & Safety Regulations" above and can no longer be canceled or returned. See our Shipping Policy for typical processing times.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you find a manufacturing defect or a shipping error, contact us at info@olsammo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photo documentation, and we'll work with you directly on a replacement or credit. Once ammunition packaging has been opened, it is non-returnable for safety reasons — see "Federal Compliance & Safety Regulations" above — so this 48-hour inspection window is the only opportunity to report a problem before that applies.
